Park Residence

Introducing Park Residence, a luxurious apartment complex in Skopje that was realized in 2012. This project features over 140 geothermal heat pumps for each apartment, providing efficient cooling and heating, and over 20,000m2 covered with fan coil units, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents.
